It’s a good value overall. For what I paid, it does the job just fine, and it makes me wonder why some places seem to charge so much more for basically the same thing

I ordered some yarn from ganxxet.com the colors were really nice in person. Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there. The only thing that bothered me was that the thickness wasn’t super consistent throughout the skein. Some sections felt thinner, which made a few of my stitches look a bit “wonky.” It was still usable, just not quite as smooth or even as I was expecting. I might order again, but I’d probably look a little more closely next time.

I’m just starting out, and the instructions were way too brief and confusing. I kept feeling like I was missing important steps. To make it worse, when I tried to get help, I got transferred around instead of getting a clear answer, which was really frustrating

So... I bought a few things thinking there would be tutorials I could follow along with, but there really isn’t much out there. The few tutorials I did find didn’t explain things well enough for someone just starting out. It’s a bit frustrating if you’re new and need more step-by-step help.

I really wanted to like this more because the materials themselves seemed eco-conscious, but the packaging felt surprisingly wasteful. I also reached out with a question and the email replies felt like they were written by robots, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating.

I was in a impatient mood when I ordered, so the slow shipping made it even more frustrating. It took way longer than I thought it would, and there weren’t really clear updates while I was waiting. I don’t mind a small delay, but this felt annoying and made the whole order more stressful than it needed to be. Not the best first experience.

I been using this basket for months now and it still holds its shape really well. I was happy with it, honestly.

The product info made it sound like everything was clear and straightforward, but what showed up was not it. I emailed Ganxxet several times about an issue with my order i got nowhere. I kept waiting for a real response, and after a while it just felt ridiculous. When you’ve already paid, the last thing you want is to sit around wondering if anyone is even going to bother helping. I ended up having to chase them over and over myself. The products might be nice, sure, but the customer service experience was really frustrating for me

I ordered some yarn and the color was actually almost the same as the photos, which is apparently a small miracle when shopping online. It might be a tiny bit darker in person, but it still looks really nice. Overall, I’m happy with it. 4 stars.

My Ganxxet order showed up in good shape overall. The yarn was clean, neatly folded, and nothing inside was damaged, which is what really mattered to me. I also appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with plastic or extra packaging. Reading between the lines, it looked like the package had a slightly rough trip since one corner of the box was dented, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. So I’m happy with it, just a tiny bit short of perfect

The selection was weak. I went in looking for a couple specific colors and sizes, but it felt like they barely had anything stocked. Kind of a clown show if you’re actually trying to find what you need.

I was disappointed with this. It felt kind of cheap right out of the package, and I just wasn’t very happy with it overall... I expected it to be a bit better...

I ordered from ganxxet.com for a project I had planned, but when the package showed up, the colors were not the ones I picked and one item was missing completely. So basically, I couldn’t even use it the way I intended.

I went back and checked my confirmation email because I thought maybe I had mixed something up, but everything on my end looked right. It seems like the mistake happened somewhere after I placed the order, because what arrived just didn’t match what I bought.

Customer service also took longer than I expected, and I felt like I kept having to repeat the same details. I was really hoping for a smoother fix, but the whole thing left me disappointed with how the order was handled

I ordered from the site a little while back, maybe late last month or the month before, I can’t remember exactly. Some of the products looked good, but using the website was kind of frustrating. Pages were loading slower than I expected, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic info. Checkout confused me for a minute too. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but it definitely didn’t feel smooth or easy...
